Go check it out.

Take a small loaf of brown bread and make a cup out of it using a knife. Keep the breadcrumbs. Cut half an onion and three garlic cloves thinly, fry them in oil at medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper, stir. Chop six or seven thick slices of sausage, chop two green onions into small slices.

Add a bit more oil to the pan, add about five spoons of tomato sauce, stir. Add oregano, allspice and about three spoons of soy sauce. Stir like you’re about to invoke Baal.

Chop two handfulls of mushrooms into thin slices, add them to the pan. Stir and add half a glass of water. Place some ham slices at the bottom of the ”bread bowl”, paint them with some soy sauce. This is so that the juices won’t flow through the bread. Scrape cheese until you can fill a coffee cup with the amount, add it to the pan with the white part of the green onions. Stir from time to time, leave it on medium heat for about eight to ten minutes. Add breadcrumbs until they soak up all the excess water and oil, mix. Add two spoons of sourcream and a generous amount of paprika, mix.

Take the pan off the heat source, add parsley, add half of the green part from the chopped green onions, mix. Pour everything in the bread bowl while it’s still hot. Decorate with the remaining green onions and a bit of parsley. Add some sourcream on top. It’s nutritious, delicious, spicy. The raw green onions and the sourcream add a particular good taste to it.
